Mr. Alexander boasts extensive entrepreneurial experience, having founded his first automotive dealership business at 22 in 2001. Over the years, he has expanded into various avenues, rapidly increasing his retail market share through strategic financing. Recognizing an opportunity in automotive lending, he created a related finance company to increase the profitability and marketability of his retail businesses.
As a proven multi-business manager, Mr. Alexander specializes in small business development, marketing, and strategic planning. With a focus on retail-focused businesses, he has taken numerous start-up retail and wholesale sales operations from inception to over $4.5 million in annual sales in the first year of operations. Utilizing his extensive experience in financing and management, he moved into the real estate market and quickly amassed an extensive rental real estate portfolio through strategic financing.
His valuable experience gained through his finance company enables him to maintain solid renter evaluations and manage his properties effectively. Mr. Alexander has also successfully managed multi-million dollar retail inventories while directly supervising a portfolio of over 1300 installment loans with millions in accounts receivables. He owns multiple business interests throughout numerous sectors, including franchised businesses, retail operations, business development, and lease management.
Janice is a highly experienced Franchise Veteran, having devoted 40 years to the franchising industry. She has a strong foundation in the McDonald's system, having grown up in a family-owned franchise where she gained a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business.
Throughout her career, Janice has earned numerous accolades, including recognition as an award-winning franchisee, and she has worked with some of the biggest brands in the industry. Her brand experience includes Coors, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Coke, Walmart, Sam's Club, Nestle, Kroger, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Baskin-Robbins, Mrs. Fields, TCBY, Camp Bow Wow, and Smiling Moose Deli.
Janice has also owned and successfully grown her own business, the Rocky Mountain Popcorn Company, where she expanded the small regional brand to national distribution through business acquisitions and sales before ultimately selling the company. In recent years, she has dedicated herself to Franchise Consulting, receiving numerous "Top Ten" awards for her expertise in Franchise Development, Operations, Brand Management, Marketing, and Local Store Marketing.
Janice is driven and passionate, with interests ranging from family and volunteering to basketball, volleyball, and tennis. She recently discovered her love for playing the drums and enjoys spending quality time with her son, daughter-in-law, and her new puppy, Brody.
Cody Teets is an accomplished Strategic Franchise and Operations Executive. She spent over 30 years in the Fortune 150 company, McDonald’s Corporation. While at McDonald’s, Teets delivered revenue and profit growth for the 8th largest global market. Her experience includes
complete oversight and accountability for a multi-state 800 restaurant market, including Strategy, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, R/E Development, and Philanthropy.
Cody Teets is an engaged independent director with sixteen years of collective service on three boards and currently serves as President for the Colorado Chapter of the Private Directors Association.
With C-Suite executives to influence the turnaround strategy for 1,800 independent franchise owners and 14,000 restaurants.
Currently, Ms. Teets is the President of C5 Consultare. In this role, she helps entrepreneurs franchise their small businesses to create generational wealth. Most recently, Teets served as Interim President at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. In her short twelve-month term, she proved her abilities by improving the revenue and profit, and
talent in a completely different industry.

Bob Charles, a native of Chicago, moved to Boulder in 1965 with his wife Judy to manage Boulder's original McDonald's restaurant on 28th Street. By 1969, he owned that store and had opened another McDonald's on Baseline Road. In the early 1990s, he operated 13 McDonald's franchises and was heralded as the "Burger Baron of Boulder County." He pioneered and innovated the double drive-through concept, co-developed McDonald's "happy meal," and helped institute tray liners to promote community events, in-store events, and in-store meal deals.
Charles received his bachelor's degree in botany from Wabash College in Indiana. In 1962, he received a master's in horticulture from the University of Arizona, where he served on the faculty from 1962-63. He co-founded the original Ronald McDonald House in Denver and participated in developing the new Ronald McDonald House. He also founded the McPride program for at-risk high school students. Charles is a member of the music advisory board at the College of Music at CU-Boulder, where he created the Adopt-A-Student Scholarship program.
